Putting an aerphost sticker on, won't make a blind bit of difference. Everything goes by airmail.

All mail to overseas now goes by airmail anyway, so you don't really need the Aerphost stickers - and no, they don't cost any more. Having a sticker attached might make things easier for the workers in the sorting office to identify overseas mail, and most post offices still hand them out with 82c overseas stamps, so it is still OK to use them even when you don't have to.

No, you won't need to pay more for the aerphost stickers, but they will make sure your post is delivered more quickly, so just put them on below the stamp.

i work in a post office in ireland :)
it is no longer necessary to put the blue aerphost stickers on post as everything now goes on planes :)
but sometimes people like the blue stickers because they add a bit of colour to their post :)
so if you like them then feel free to put one beside each 82c stamp but they are not important in relation to postage anymore... :)
it doesnt increase the price. :)
