March is fairly wild in Ireland and you are likely to get all four seasons in this month. It is spring though so there should be a lot of growth to trees, grasses and wild flowers. The west coast is good for the more rugged look and the east side of the country for flora and fauna, though Co Kerry has an abundance of indigenous Red deer and other animals. All around the coastline you will find plenty of sea birds and marine mammals.
