Well I don't know if they are traditions, but here are some things

In no order really....

The 8th of December - Shopping Day, or Farmers Day ,when the Farmers traditionally do their shopping.

Most Business Close on XMAS DAY.

Everyone overdoes the Christmas Decorations these days also....

Family usually all come together for Dinner...

No News on Television on Christmas Day, up to a few years ago at least, (on RTE)

Usually there is the midnight Mass on Christmas Eve.

Its possibly the same everywhere with a few minor Differences...?

OH!!! THE BEER IS OF COURSE NUMBER 1, BUT WERE NOT ALL OUT OF IT AT CHRISTMAS (?)
