I agree with other answers before me. May I add that Ireland is known as the emerald isle because of all the beautiful green scenery we have so that is probably where the green came from.

Northern Ireland does not exist. It is a line drawn by the British to uphold their occupation of part of our country. Green white and orange are Irelands official colours.

It would be the unofficial national colour. We don't have an actual official colour as far as I know.

Ireland has two flags. THe north being British has Red white and Blue. the southern part still at present being Irish has greed sorry green red and orange. Simple,.
