Either in Shannon, or in Cork, or in Dublin?

I've done this flight, it's killer if you have to stop in 2 or three places. You can get a direct flight to Hamburg, Germany, then a flight with Aer Lingus to Dublin (continuing onto Cork or Shannon if you want.)

OR you can fly to Dubai on United Emerite Air from Manila, and switch to Aer Lingus for a direct to Dublin.

Sorry, no direct flights!

Philippine airways (pal) flies immediately from the west coast to Manila. on occasion, if there's a prefer for, it has a million short stop-over in Hawaii or Guam. In my journey flying from SFO to MLA, w/o a stop-over, we commonly arrive on the Centennial Terminal in Manila at around 5 a.m. HTH!
